8-10 High Street, Cardiff, CF10 1BB
About
The Cardiff outpost of the Bristol-born fire-cooking group, on High Street opposite the castle end of the shopping streets. Everything is built around live-fire cooking and provenance: dry-aged, grass-fed British beef butchered in-house, sharing cuts carved at the table, and a loud, glossy room that suits a celebration more than a quiet catch-up. Book ahead at weekends; it has been busy since the day it opened.
