About
The original Fishers, trading for roughly thirty years in and beside a seventeenth-century watchtower at the foot of The Shore, and still the Leith seafood room locals default to. The menu runs from a famous fish soup and oysters through daily-changing whole fish to a proper fish pie, served all day, with tables spilling toward the quayside in summer. It is the useful counterweight to Leith's Michelin tier: same waterfront, same boats' worth of seafood, a fraction of the ceremony.
