About
Noya Pawlyn's Vietnamese restaurant on St James's Parade, grown out of supper clubs into one of Bath's best-loved independents since opening in December 2017. Lunch is a short, fast menu of pho and daily specials; evenings run to a fuller menu, with a set five-course supper club on selected Fridays that books out well ahead. The cooking is family-style Vietnamese made with West Country ingredients, and the room, in a Georgian terrace house, is small enough that booking is sensible at any time.
