A bakery, flour mill and restaurant on Walcot Street that has become the heart of Bath's independent food scene. The ground floor sells naturally leavened bread and pastries milled from regional grain (walk-in only); the Upstairs restaurant runs a short, produce-led menu at lunch and dinner and needs a reservation; and a small pizzeria serves Tuesday to Saturday evenings. The whole operation is built around restoring a regional grain economy, and it reads that way on the plate: direct, seasonal cooking without ceremony. The upstairs room is small and cannot take groups over six or wheelchairs, which the team is upfront about.
