A bar and a seafood-and-steak restaurant off Market Quay, run by the Edwards family since 1971 and worn into the fabric of the town. The bar does the casual end and the restaurant does the proper sit-down dinner, both leaning on local fish and good beef. It is one of those Kinsale institutions locals quietly default to. Edwards-family-run since 1971.
