Cava Bodega is JP McMahon and Drigin Gaffey's tapas room on Middle Street, out of the same stable as the Michelin-starred Aniar. The list runs to more than seventy Spanish tapas, propped up by a serious range of sherries and cavas, with a lot of local Irish produce folded into the cooking. It is the sort of place you sit down meaning to have two plates and leave having had eight. Book direct, because the room fills early and stays full.
