About
A small working harbour at the northern end of Dalkey, built by the monks of St Mary's Abbey in the medieval period and still used by fishermen and a few small boats. Seals gather by the slip waiting for the returning boats, which makes it a reliable spot to see them up close. Kayakers launch from here on calm days, and it is a quieter walk than Coliemore.
