It started in 2001 as a hut on the harbour selling the day's catch and is now a fishmonger, restaurant and takeaway on the same spot at Blackshore, supplied by its own boats Our Carol II and Suzie P. The fishmonger counter runs Sunday to Thursday 8.00 to 16.30 and Friday and Saturday 8.00 to 17.00; the restaurant takes bookings between 11.45 and 15.00; the takeaway runs Monday to Thursday 11.45 to 17.00, Friday and Saturday until 20.00 and Sunday until 16.00. A serious fire at Blackshore Quay in May 2023 damaged this site and its neighbours, and the business has rebuilt in stages since, so the shape of the restaurant is not what long-time visitors will remember. Ring before making a special trip.
