An 18th-century grist mill on Mill Lane, just off Atholl Road, that Wikipedia says still has a working water wheel. It is a busy bistro and bar with a courtyard and a beer tent, and the inn serves food every day from 12:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00, with Sunday roasts from noon until they sell out and wood-fired pizzas in the tent in summer. It only takes table bookings for people staying there, so everyone else gets a table on arrival; go early at busy times. Dogs are welcome in the courtyard, the beer tent and the indoor bar, but not in the restaurant. Live music usually starts at 21:30.
