A seven-bedroom guest house on the seafront at 708 Mumbles Road, between Southend and Knab Rock, run by the same family for three generations and more than 40 years by its own account. Most rooms look over the bay; all are en suite or have a private bathroom. It is a short walk to the Pilot, Knab Rock and the pier, and about ten minutes on foot to the shops on Newton Road.
