That is not a criticism, it is how a small Old Town shop with one person behind the counter actually works, and it is the single most common reason a genuinely good Margate business is hard to check before you travel. Turn up Thursday to Sunday between eleven and five and it will be open; plan a Tuesday around it and it will not.
