A working distillery and bar on Castle Street in the city centre, producing Liverpool Gin on site: a classic eleven-botanical London Dry alongside Valencian Orange and Rose Petal variants. The distillery runs a Distillery Tour and Tasting (a four-flight sampling) and a Gin Lab Experience where visitors distil and bottle their own gin, plus a bar serving Liverpool Gin cocktails, other spirits and Hawkshead Brewery beer, with live sport and music some evenings.
