About
The Foundry is Canterbury Brewers & Distillers' brewpub on Stour Street, housed in a Victorian foundry building with the brewery and a small-batch distillery visible from the bar. It usually has several of its own cask ales on tap alongside its keg beers, ciders and spirits, and the kitchen serves pub food to go with them. It won Kent Tourism Awards' Pub of the Year in 2019.
