Accessibility

Town

Canterbury's old town is largely level within the city walls, but several of the historic sites (Westgate Towers, St Mary's-style tower climbs, parts of the Cathedral) involve narrow stairs and uneven medieval floors with no lift. The Beaney and the Roman Museum both offer step-free or lift access.

For venue-level access, contact each place directly. The combination of cobbled and paved historic streets and stepped access in older buildings is the main obstacle across the old town.
