Café du Soleil cooks wood-fired Mediterranean food on the bank of the Stour on Pound Lane, with outdoor tables when the weather allows and a menu that runs from pizza through to seafood. It's open seven days a week from midday through to late evening, later still on Fridays and Saturdays, which makes it one of the more flexible bookings in Canterbury if you haven't planned ahead.
