Seafront Promenade Walk to Hove
About 2.5 miles one way ·
About
Walking west along the promenade from the Palace Pier past the i360 and the West Pier ruin, the crowds thin out fast once you cross into Hove, and the seafront becomes quieter, greener, and lined with colourful beach huts. It is flat the whole way, fully paved, and easy for buggies or anyone who does not want an actual hike. Hove Lawns give a good spot to stop, and there are cafes dotted along the route if you want a coffee break partway. It works well as a decompression walk after a busy afternoon in the Lanes, since it trades shops and crowds for open sea air.
