Artist Residence occupies a Regency townhouse on Regency Square, close to the site of the old West Pier, and each room has been decorated by a different artist rather than following a house style. The look is deliberately mismatched, reclaimed furniture and upcycled fittings next to proper art, and it is one of the most photographed small hotels in the city as a result. The on-site restaurant and cocktail bar draw a crowd well beyond hotel guests. Some rooms have sea and West Pier views, and a couple of rooms take dogs for a nightly charge.
