Food for Friends has served vegetarian and vegan food in the same Prince Albert Street building since 1981, making it one of the longest-running restaurants of its kind in the country. The menu changes seasonally and pulls in global flavours, from Asian-inspired noodle dishes to Mediterranean plates, served in a bright split-level room. It runs brunch daily as well as lunch and dinner, with prices geared more toward everyday dining than a special occasion. It suits a relaxed lunch in the Lanes as much as a full vegetarian dinner.
