The Grey Dog is on Leitrim Place a few doors from the Brass Fox and under the same ownership, and it fills the gap between a coffee shop and a full restaurant: pizza, sandwiches, chicken, tacos and pasta from nine in the morning until nine at night, seven days, with click and collect and delivery through its own site and app. For a town where several kitchens close early in the week, a place that is reliably open every day from breakfast until the evening is genuinely useful, particularly if you are coming off the Murrough at an awkward hour.
