Guided sightseeing cruises around the harbour and up the Bandon River aboard the Spirit of Kinsale, leaving from the pier in the town. The skipper takes you out past the two forts, James and Charles, and around the marina and the moorings, with the history of the harbour told along the way. It is the easy way to see the forts from the water and to understand how the town sits at the head of the estuary. The boat runs to a daily timetable in season.
