A guided tour of Blacks Brewing & Distilling, the Kinsale operation the Black family started in 2013 and grew into a co-located brewery and distillery. You walk the working site and follow the process from ingredients and fermentation through to distillation, then sit down to a guided tasting. The standard tour pairs three whiskeys with three craft beers, with longer whiskey-focused options also offered. It runs about an hour to seventy-five minutes and is for over-18s only.
