Kerry Cliffs & Skellig Ring Tour

← All things to do

About

The Ring of Kerry is the set-piece drive of the southwest, and this is the version that takes the smaller roads the big coaches cannot. Run by Deros, a long-established Killarney family firm, the day leaves from their office on Main Street and heads west to the Kerry Bog Village before turning out to the Kerry Cliffs, which stand higher than the Cliffs of Moher and draw a fraction of the crowds. From there it follows the Skellig Ring around the coast, with the Skellig Rocks offshore on a clear day, stops in the village of Sneem, and climbs back over Moll's Gap and Ladies View into Killarney. The driver doubles as the guide, so the history and the stories come with the road.
