About
Trad on the Prom is Galway's long-running summer show of Irish music, song and dance, staged at the Leisureland Theatre in Salthill, about a mile and a half from the city centre. The cast includes dancers and musicians who have toured with productions like Riverdance and Lord of the Dance, and the dancers hold a clutch of world championship titles between them. It is a polished two-hour evening with a short interval, and an easy walk along the prom from town on a fine night.
