Ennis Walking Tours with Dr Jane O'Brien
← All things to do
About
Ennis Walking Tours are led by Dr Jane O'Brien, a historian who takes small groups through the medieval town on foot, and they are the one genuine, bookable Ennis-based tour experience. There are several to choose from: an Essential History walk that covers the friary, the laneways and the making of the county town; a Dark History walk into the grimmer corners of the past; and a Tasting History walk that folds in local food and drink. The walks are small-group and local, and a far better way to read the town's streets than wandering them blind. Book ahead online, especially in summer and around the festivals.
