Sunday Street
Sunday's Gate, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92 CF63
About
Sunday Street is the newest thing on this list, a rooms-and-restaurant conversion at Sunday's Gate on the north side, above the town centre. The kitchen does Neapolitan pizza and small plates with an international slant, leaning on Boyne Valley produce, and there is a bar attached. It is worth being honest that this is a young operation still finding its shape: the twelve bedrooms opened first and the restaurant and bar came after, so check what is running before you build an evening around it. Tables book through their own online system.
