Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience
About
The Cliffs of Moher are Ireland's most-visited natural attraction and the headline draw on this stretch of coast, about 7 km south of Doolin. The cliffs rise to more than 200 metres over roughly 8 km of coast, with O'Brien's Tower at the high point and a visitor centre built into the hillside. From Doolin you can drive over in about ten minutes, take the bus, or walk the clifftop path. Pre-booking a timed ticket online is both required at busy times and a good deal cheaper than paying at the gate, and admission includes the car park and O'Brien's Tower. Go early or late in the day in summer to dodge the worst of the coach crowds and the parking crush.
