An organic dairy farm about six miles from Birr at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains, farmed by Ralph Haslam since 1970 and converted to organic production in 1999. The farm bottles non-homogenised milk and makes natural yoghurt with no added milk powders, along with buttermilk, all from milk produced on the farm itself. Stockists are listed on the farm's own site rather than there being a farm shop to call into, so this is a name to look for on a shelf in Birr and across the midlands rather than a visit.
