This working goat farm at Oughill makes soft Greek-style feta, a parmesan-style hard cheese, and a distinctive seaweed cheese using local seaweed and wild herbs, alongside goat-milk skincare products. The farm also runs half-day and full-day food tours of the island covering sustainable farming and the cheese-making process, so it doubles as a producer to buy from and a thing to do. A genuine island food producer rather than an imported gift-shop product.
