Samphire
4 High Street, Whitstable, Kent
About
An independent bistro in the centre of Whitstable built around seasonal ingredients from local farms, allotments, fishermen and producers across Kent and the south east. Reviewers (Hardens named it a Best Bistro Award winner) describe a quirky, friendly, always-busy room with an interesting, locally sourced menu rather than a formal fine-dining experience.
