Seven en-suite rooms above the Riverbanc cafe in the old Midland Bank on Bridge Street, four looking over the Dee and three over the town square, by Riverbanc's own count. Family rooms have bunks, breakfast in the cafe is included, and the whole building can be hired for up to 16. Entry is by a keyless PIN, check-in from 3pm, check-out 10am, and there is no on-site parking; the owners point to public car parks within two minutes' walk. Whitewater Active runs from the same building, which makes it the obvious base for a rafting weekend.

Riverbanc says all the rooms are on the first floor; the cafe is on street level. The rooms are not dog-friendly.
