A converted market shed at the Barras turned food, drink and events space, with a weekend indoor market of small Scottish makers and traders alongside a tropical courtyard restaurant, a container-yard beer garden and a live events programme. It functions as the modern, curated counterpart to the raw, century-old street market next door, and the two together make the strongest single case for spending a weekend afternoon in the East End.
