Dinner runs Tuesday to Saturday and lunch is added on Friday and Saturday only, with the doors shut on Sunday and Monday. That pattern tells you what kind of place it is. Book well ahead, particularly for a Saturday, because the room does not have many covers and Conwy does not have another restaurant working at this level. Booking is through the restaurant's own site rather than an aggregator, and the price band is the highest in town.
