About
Ultracomida began in Aberystwyth in 2001 as a tiny deli in a cellar, with a few seats and a plan to sell Spanish ingredients and wine to people who liked to eat. The Aberystwyth branch later moved to 31 Pier Street and grew into a full restaurant, and the family now runs delis and bars in Narberth and Cardiff as well. On Pier Street the shelves are cured meats, cheese, olives and wine, and there are tables to eat at. The company's contact page lists the Aberystwyth deli as open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and closed Sunday; its evening service, if any, is not listed, so ring 01970 630686.
