A sourdough bakery that started in Tramore and now has shops here, in Waterford city and in Dunmore East, with a Euro-Toques award on the wall. The Tramore shop is on Broad Street and works Wednesday to Sunday only, which catches people out. It bakes long-fermented sourdough breads and runs a Friday night wine bar in the shop some weeks, announced on its own social rather than on a fixed calendar.
