About

A West Pier fishmonger, smokehouse, and speciality food shop run by the Wright family since the 1890s. Atlantic salmon is hand-filleted, cured in sea salt, and smoked over oak chips for eight hours, the same method the family has used since 1893. The retail counter handles fresh fish and shellfish; the on-site smokehouse supplies the cure. Gift hampers ship across Ireland.
