The big five-star house on the demesne, set on the ridge above the gardens with the Great Sugar Loaf filling most of the windows on the eastern side. It is not a village hotel and does not pretend to be: it is a resort that happens to sit two kilometres above a village of two thousand people, and it draws a wedding and spa trade that has very little to do with Enniskerry's Square. What it does give you is the estate on your doorstep, which means the gardens before the day-trippers arrive and after they have gone.
