About

Housed inside the former Mariners' Church on Haigh Terrace, a 19th-century neo-Gothic building the congregation outgrew in the 1970s. Now Ireland's dedicated national maritime museum, with displays on the country's shipping, lighthouse and lifeboat heritage. The interior is worth the visit for the architecture as much as the collection.
