West Pier
The West Pier is rougher underfoot in places; the inner section near the harbour is accessible but the seaward end has uneven surfaces.

The dlr LexIcon library is fully accessible with lift access between all floors and accessible toilets on every level.
James Joyce Tower
The Martello tower at Sandycove has narrow internal stairs and is not wheelchair-accessible. The exterior viewing area at Sandycove Point is step-free.
Dart
Dún Laoghaire DART station has step-free access from the entrance to both platforms; Iarnród Éireann can arrange ramp boarding with 24 hours' notice via 1850 366 222.
