Russell's is the seafood room and cocktail bar of the Fiddle + Bow Hotel, which opened in the heart of the village in 2019 and brought a more contemporary edge to eating in Doolin. The menu leans on Atlantic seafood, with an open fire, a good list of cocktails, Irish whiskey and wine, and outdoor terrace seating for the rare fine evening. Live music runs here too, in keeping with the village. It is more of a sit-down restaurant than the pubs, so a table is worth booking, and it can be done directly or through the online booking system.
