About

Magee 1866 trades from a landmark corner shop on the Diamond, the best-known name in Donegal tweed in the town itself, selling tailored clothing, tweed and woollens. Visitors can browse the shop floor and, on many visits, see something of the making process, a working link to the tweed industry that gave Donegal its international reputation for handwoven cloth. It is the obvious stop for anyone after a genuine Donegal tweed souvenir bought in the town rather than online.
