Blas is the cafe at the Gateway Lodge guesthouse on the Killybegs Road, known locally for its Belgian waffle breakfasts and for being named Best in Ireland at the Good Food Awards in 2017. It is a short walk from Donegal Castle and the town centre, and makes a strong breakfast or brunch option beyond the standard hotel fry.
