Cork's best-known craft brewery and brewpub, on the North Mall by Sunday's Well. Founded in 1998 on the site of a 13th-century Franciscan monastery and well, it pours its own award-winning beers alongside wood-fired pizza, with a large covered beer garden behind the bar.
