Mayo Peace Park and Garden of Remembrance

← All things to do

About

A quiet memorial garden on Lannagh Road, beside Lough Lannagh, dedicated to the Mayo people who served and died in the world wars and other conflicts of the past century, a generation long left out of local history. It was officially opened by President Mary McAleese in October 2008.
