The West End Cliff Walk
← All things to do
About
The quieter of the two town walks, out on the Sligo side. From the Tourist Office you cross the Bradóg into the West End, stop at Bayview Avenue for the best view of the surfers on the Peak, and pass the Boat Quay, where the RNLI lifeboat is based. The cliff path is signed off the main road to the right and runs along the clifftop past the West End Pool before turning back to the road and returning east through the West End. On a clear day you can see across Donegal Bay to the Slieve League cliffs near Carrick.
