Great Fosters is a Tudor-era manor house at Egham, part of Hilton's LXR collection and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, set in 50 acres of gardens with vaulted oak-beamed dining and four-poster suites. It is a genuine historic estate, about a fifteen to twenty minute drive from Windsor near Runnymede and the Great Park, and it makes a special-occasion country-house stay rather than a town base. Its restaurant, The Estate Grill, and the gardens are part of the appeal.
