About
A tropical house of free-flying butterflies, waterfalls and fish pools on Swan's Nest Lane, five minutes' walk from the centre over the river footbridge, the farm says. It is open every day of the year except Christmas Day, with the hours changing by season: from 29 March to 30 September 10am to 6pm (last walk-in 5.30pm), 1 to 24 October 10am to 5.30pm (last walk-in 5pm), 25 October to 30 November 10am to 5pm (last entry 4pm). It is warm inside and a reliable wet-weather option. Book on the farm's own ticket portal; walk-ins are taken, though online bookings get priority when it is busy.
