An Austrian restaurant in the Old Town, on Broad Street a few minutes' walk down from the castle. The owner and chef, Hermann Aschaber, is from the Tyrol, and the menu pairs Austrian dishes such as schnitzel and strudel with Scottish produce. The restaurant marks thirty years on its own site. It opens for lunch from noon and for dinner from 18:00.
