An independent Fore Street coffee shop trading since 1972, using Origin Coffee (Helston) beans on a La Marzocco machine, serving breakfast, cream teas and light lunches. The name nods to the canaries once carried underground by Cornish tin miners as a gas-safety signal, a small piece of mining history folded into a fishing-and-art town.
