A specialist hot chocolate bar where you pick the cocoa percentage, the milk and the toppings, set in Rye's Tower Forge building. This is Knoops' original, founding shop, opened in 2013 by founder Jens, before the brand expanded into a chain across the UK, which makes it a genuine Rye original rather than a branch of somewhere else.
