Wildlife trips from Portree harbour. Stardust's own site lists a two-hour Original Sea Eagle Wildlife Trip, a Skye and Raasay Sea Eagle and Wildlife Cruise of about two hours, and a Skye Whale Trail of three and a half to four hours, run on two catamarans (Stardust II and Wavedancer) and two monohulls; the Whale Trail uses the catamarans only. The site advertises seals, dolphins and sea eagles, and describes the white-tailed eagle as the UK's largest bird of prey. Prices on the site start at about £37 for the Original trip, £42 for the Skye and Raasay cruise and £79 for the Whale Trail. Booking is online through the operator's own booking pages.
